Returns Policy

If an item is defective upon arrival or damaged in transit then you are welcome to return the item back to Extreme Helis for replacement. If you feel that an item may be damaged due to the conditon of the package upon arrival, please contact us immediately and we will instruct you what to do.

Extreme Helis do not accept returns simply because you have changed your mind.  If you have chosen a product in error, please contact Extreme Helis to exchange the product.

If Extreme Helis has sent a product in error, we will happily send the correct item at our cost, including the return of the originally sent item.

Shipping

Extreme Helis uses Australia Post Express Parcel and International Services and Toll IPEC Road Express to ship your orders.

Whilst every attempt is made to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner and undamaged, sometimes these carriers stuff up and damage your order or just plain loose it.  Unfortunately Extreme Helis cannot be held accountible when such circumstances arise.

Please make sure that you correctly enter your delivery address, if it is not listed correctly, we cannot commit to having your order delivered on time or at all. Extreme Helis will not be responsible for packages sent with incorrectly listed delivery addresses that you have provided us.

At the end of the day it is in our best interest to have your order reach you in the fastest possible time.  If an order is not delivered or is damaged, please don't blame us as often the occurance is out of our control.

It is always our aim to have happy, satisfied and returing customers at all times.

Pricing

All pricing on our website includes GST, in both wholesale and retail accounts.

Warranties

Extreme Helis provides all products with the manufacturers original warranty.  If you have a warranty claim, please contact us in writing and detail your concerns to us.  In most cases we will have you return the item directly to the wholesaler for a direct warranty assessment which will provide a much faster process.

Of course if you improperly use an item, in most cases you will void the warranty.  Please ensure that you read all included instructions of use to ensure you use the product correctly and safely.

Privacy

Extreme Helis will not allow the use of our customer data outside of the expessed use of Extreme Helis whatsoever, period.  It is quite safe for you join our email list or register as a user on the site, we will not spam email you, we will not share your details with any other party.

Model Fuel

Model Fuel is dangerous, toxic and highly flammable. If you use or handle it incorrectly you are risking your own life and the safety of others. Store fuel out of direct sunlight and away from heat. Keep it out of reach from children at all times.

Model fuels can burn you and the vapour alone can damage your eyes, skin and affect your conscious state. Please read all safety information on the fuel bottle prior to use, additional safety information and Material Safety Data Sheets including proper handling and storage information can be obtained from Extreme Helis under the contact us section of our website.

Legal Notice

In buying from Extreme Helis, you agree to indemnify and keep Extreme Helis and Extreme Helis staff indemnified against all claims at any times when using products from this website. 

Please note, radio control model products and equipment are dangerous and can injure or even kill you or any person nearby when in operation.

Extreme Helis will not be liable for any claim or costs for any reason whatsoever. It is your responsibility to ensure that you and or anyone you allow to operate the use of radio control helicopter products and equipment is done so in a safe and controlled manner and that you have obtained the correct insurance for operation, use in an approved determind area for use, use in accoridance with the manufacturers instructions and guidlines, the original product or specification is not modified in any way and that you control the safety of others around you when in use.
